What has happened so far on the program?

I have gained 25 lbs, while maintaining around the same body fat percentage even while bulking. My lifts have increased in weight tremendously, almost 5-10 lbs a week at times.

What do you like most about the program?

I really enjoy the low reps and high weight. Keeps me very motivated! It makes me feel like I am giving my muscles exactly what they are looking for in order to grow.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I was skeptical on whether it would truly help me. Once I got into the book itself I realized as long as I dedicated myself, big changes could be made.

What are three other benefits of the program?

For one, the fact that the entire plan is laid out for you at the palm of your hands is really helpful. Second would be that at any point you can ask Mike a question if you aren’t really sure, he’ll get back with you. Lastly, the results are unbelievable as long as you dedicate yourself.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

I would absolutely recommend this program. Only being 16, it has given me a great base of how to actually workout and treat my body for the rest of my life. If you are serious about getting your dream body, this is the plan you need.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

I’d just like to thank my two workout partners Matthew and Justin. Matthew is the one that helped me start the program. Justin is the one that keeps me motivated to keep pushing myself.
