What has happened so far on the program?

Since being on Mike’s Bigger Leaner Stronger program I went from 182lbs at about 16% body fat to 166lbs at 10% body fat. I would of thought that my lifts would be compromised from dieting and losing so much weight but I was wrong! My bench increased by 30lbs. I now bench 225lbs for reps, and my deadlifts sky rocketed, my working weight is 355lbs.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I was hesitant at first to buy Mike’s book because I have tried many different styles of working out from super sets to drop sets, and also other reading material and never seeing drastic change. There is no six pack short cuts lady’s and gents! Haha

What do you like most about the program?

What I like most is me tracking my progress and trying to beat last weeks lifts, I love the 4-6 rep range. His program is simple and he is right when he says everyone can achieve the body of their dreams. You just have to DO IT.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

Mike’s program is easy to follow, simple, and your not spending 2 hours in the gym wasting time and effort. Mike’s program is short and sweet.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

Working out has brought me confidence, more energy, it also gives me a sense of accomplishment. I still have goals in working out I’d like to reach and loving the process makes it that much better!

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

For me working out is my therapy. Being a recovering addict it keeps my head up and keeps me motivated. Thanks Mike! It is a great lifestyle, you are in your body for the rest of your life why not take care of it.
