What has happened so far on the program?

I have gained in strength. For example, whereas I had previously shoulder pressed 50lb dumbbells, I am now up to 85’s. I have gained in every area.

What do you like most about the program?

I like how it works for anyone, regardless of where you are on the fitness spectrum. You start out on your own level. It’s whatever weight YOU can handle 4-6 reps. Then when you have three sets of 6 reps, you add weight: however much YOU want to add.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I didn’t even consider not buying the book and starting the program. My buddy at the gym was proof that it worked.

What are three other benefits of the program?

The book goes into specific diets for specific goals. I like how it spells out how to figure out the specific grams of protein, carbs, and good fats for each goal. It also has reasonable recipes, made with ingredients easily found on the typical grocery store shelf. Another thing I like is that it allows you to have a life outside the gym. Workouts do not last two hours: a typical workout takes me about 45-50 minutes. It also shows how to do cardio so that you burn fat and not muscle.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

I definitely recommend this program to anyone who will listen. I have given the books away as gifts on several occasions because I believe it works.
