What has happened so far on the program?

I have gained a lot of strength, power, lost 4 stone (56 lbs) in weight and been in the best shape of my life.

What do you like most about the program?

I can’t really narrow it down to one thing, mostly the strength gains and over health.

What are three other benefits of the program?

Following the program has really improved my health – I rarely get ill, I eat better, I sleep better, I’m happier and a lot more energetic/focused in day to day life.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Absolutely, I already recommend this program to pretty much everyone I know! There’s a lot of bad/pointless programs out there, but this one… tested on myself, couldn’t be better.
