What has happened so far on the program?

I thought I was strong prior to reading TLS (Thinner Leaner Stronger). I was lifting “heavy” weights, eating “well”. After reading TLS, talking with Mike, and following his program almost to the “T”, I’ve 1) gotten MUCH stronger 2) leaned out 3) gained muscle volume (in areas that needed it most, like my spaghetti arms) 4) managed to also motivate others to want to do the same!

What do you like most about the program?

It’s a simple, straightforward, no BS program based on facts and science. Outside of that, the support that Mike gives is OUTSTANDING!

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Hesitation, if anything. How much “fitness” advice can you read before you become skeptical of everything that is out there?

What are three other benefits of the program?

Energy, confidence, knowledge.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Absolutely. Too many people train “incorrectly”. Or, they train, but not optimally. I’ve trained my entire life and have never been as strong or as lean as I am today. Also, with Mike’s support, your questions are never left unanswered!

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Can’t say it enough… but STOP RUNNING, PEOPLE! Start lifting. Your body will thank you for it 🙂
