What has happened so far on the program?

I’ve been on the program since February working mostly to bulk up. I went from around 160 lbs to 173 lbs while bulking and just cut back to 165 lbs. I’ve increased the size of my chest by about an inch and a half and my waste is about 2-1/4″ smaller.

What do you like most about the program?

What I like about the program is the focus on lifting heavy with low reps. I can tell I’m making gains week to week and month to month. Before I was lifting as heavy as I could but trying for high reps – I wasn’t getting anywhere. I also like that the program walks you through diet and is not just about the weight training.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

The only reservation I had about buying the book is everything else that is out there. There is so much information and misinformation published that it is easy to get confused and discouraged. I’m glad I bought the book and didn’t give into the thought that it was going to be just like everything else out there.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

I would definitely recommend the program. I’m 39 years old and have worked out/trained since my early 20s. I’ve never been in this good of shape, and the program has given me the confidence to know I can continue to improve.
