I’m still early in the program, but I’m more motivated than ever. I have a plan that I can stick to and a workout that I can focus on and give max effort.

What do you like most about the program?

I love the simplicity. It’s straightforward. No BS. I don’t feel like I’m wasting my time on ineffective exercises or wasting my money on ineffective supplements.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing almost kept me from buying the book because I was able to sample the book before purchasing it. However, I was a little hesitant to start the program because it just sounded too simple. It made sense, but it’s hard to break old habits and repeating what you see in magazines and the advice from trainers.

Yes, and I’ve already recommended this program to several friends. Most people are intimidated by the complexities of weight training and not knowing what to believe because there is so much false info out there. Then they go to the gym and see all of the different machines, and personal trainers make them do all kinds of acrobatic maneuvers and they get frustrated or turned off when they spend tons of money and do not get results. This program is not intimidating at all. In fact, it’s very welcoming and will motivate you to believe that you can finally achieve the body you’ve been wanting.
