What has happened so far on the program?

I have lost an unknown amount of fat and replaced it with lean muscle mass. In the first photo I was at about 200lbs. In the second photo I am at 183lbs.

My body fat percentage is at 5.7 with calipers and I am scheduled for a hydrostatic test next week to get a more accurate number. I’m sure that I am between 5-8%. I have gained strength in all areas and I feel 110% better everyday!

What do you like most about the program?

The program is simple yet effective. It is scientifically engineered to build lean muscle mass and burn fat without any gimmicks or “broscience.” There is no over-training or super-sets, just straight to the point weightlifting for strength training.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?
